All equipment is provided in good working condition. You must:
- Inspect equipment upon receipt
- Report any defects or damage immediately
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
- Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines

3.4 Care and Responsibility
During the rental period, you are responsible for:
- Safe custody and proper care of all equipment
- Protecting equipment from damage, theft, or loss

- Maintaining equipment in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
3.5 Return of Equipment
You must return all equipment:
- At the end of the agreed rental period
- In the same condition as received (fair wear and tear excepted)
- Clean and in full working order
- With all accessories, cases, and components provided
- To the agreed return location or made available for collection
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Rental Fees
Rental fees are as quoted at the time of booking. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required as follows:
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking
- Full payment is due before equipment collection or delivery
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of equipment
4.3 Late Payment
Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received in full.
4.4 Additional Charges
You may be charged for:
- Late returns (per day or hourly rates apply)
- Damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear
- Lost or stolen equipment (replacement cost)
- Cleaning fees if equipment is returned in unsatisfactory condition
- Delivery and collection services
5. Cancellations and Changes
5.1 Customer Cancellations
Cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 7 days before rental: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 3-7 days before rental: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before rental: No refund
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on booking terms
5.2 Changes to Bookings
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
5.3 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, including equipment malfunction or unavailability. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer suitable alternative equipment.
6. Damage, Loss, and Liability
6.1 Customer Liability
You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period, except where caused by defects present before rental.
6.2 Damage Charges
Damage charges will be based on:
- Repair costs for repairable damage
- Replacement cost for irreparable damage or loss
- Loss of rental income during repair or replacement period
6.3 Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance coverage for rented equipment. We may offer optional insurance at an additional cost.
6.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fee paid for the booking in question
- We are not liable for any loss of data, business, profits, or opportunity
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
7. Intellectual Property
